When it comes to dressing your home for Christmas, the fireplace is a lovely opportunity to have a play and get creative! Central to the festive scene, the kids might leave a little tipple and mince pie on the hearth for 'Father Christmas' to enjoy, and many of us gather round a cosy fire on Christmas day to open our presents.
